Welcome to W.W.E.C.I. We are a community-focused, Christ Centered church dedicated to empowering our congregation and engaging with those around us. We have a passion for outreach and community involvement, and we strive to make a positive impact in the lives of those we touch. Join us in worship, fellowship, and outreach as we continue to spread the love and message of Jesus Christ to the world.
Our Story
Here at WWECI, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. We have supported various community and faith based initiatives in the New York City Tri-State area along with global initiatives extending to South Africa. We are now expanding our prese to the state of Pennsylvania. We hope to serve in our community in a variety of ways and measure our success not by monetary size, but by the effectiveness of our efforts. Just imagine what we can achieve together! Lets empower others to become!
Here at WORLDWIDE EMPOWERMENT CENTER, INC., we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, we are driven by the intent to support, empower and serve.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. WORLDWIDE EMPOWERMENT CENTER, INC. emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Join us in person every Sunday at 10:30am.

Who we are?
COMMUNITY, FAITH, UNITY AND GOD'S LOVE

Pastor Corey and Pastor Natassia Blassingame are a loving husband and wife team. They are parents to three children and two grand children. They have served diligently as ministry leaders in Victory Christian Ministries Inc. and organization leaders at Victorious Christian Fellowship International Inc. Their mission is Matthew 6:33 "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well". They believe that their faith in Jesus Christ is core to who they are and the motivation to why they serve. They believe that they can show expressions of God's unconditional love for all people, in all communities. In 2017 they received the call to church plant and the vision for Worldwide Empowerment Center, Inc. was given.
We believe in the power of community. Our goal is to offer services to the youth and young adults, to bring safety back to our neighborhoods through partnerships and coalitions among like minded people, to be an outlet for Arts and Creativity and to create an atmosphere of belonging.

A DISTINCT IDENTITY & VISION
Worldwide Empowerment Center knows that our strength lies in the words we stand by which is the infallible word of God and through the actions of our initiatives in the community. Our involvement with our Christian organization Victorious Christian Fellowship International Inc. led by Bishop Roberta E. Moore has provided an incredible launching pad to expand the work so we can serve others more efficiently, that is why we ultimately decided to launch Worldwide Empowerment Center Inc.

Our vision is to meet the needs of the community by bringing the following initiatives to Berks County, PA.
Worship Services
Leadership and mentorship programs to youth between the ages of 14 and 21.
Committee of Interfaith leaders for a safer Berks County.
Performing and creative arts center for teens and young adults
Christian cafe and educational resource center.
